Satchel Hill School Trust is the data controller for personal information about pupils, parents, staff and visitors. You can contact us at the school office on Satchel Lane, Winchester.
What we collect
When you enquire, register or join the school we collect names, contact details, information about your child’s education and any medical or support needs you share with us.
How we use it
We use this information to run admissions, teach and care for pupils, keep in touch with families and meet our legal duties. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it, in line with our records retention policy, which is available from the office.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Contact the Bursar to make a request.
